Borrower
The borrower can be a person or a company such as a SCI, a family held SARL, a SNC, a EURL. One of the partners (even the major shareholder) within the company can be a LLC, a LLP or a trust (so long as the structure is “transparent” and we can identify the owner / beneficiary.
Types of loans
Fixed - Variable - Combination of fixed & variable - Interest Only. A deferral period is available on certain products.
LTV (loan to value)
Up to 80% of all acquisitions, VEFA (off-plan properties). Up to 100% possible if extra collateral is provided : 20% investment (25% if investment is in a foreign currency), another property, a bank guarantee (under certain conditions)…
Minimum Loan Amount

Security Required
First legal charge on the property and when applicable, a lien on the pledged savings account.
Mortgage Term
5-30 years depending on the product and applicant's age.
