Off-plan properties

This type of property requires you to sign a reservation contract which outlines the stage payments. French regulations regarding purchase of new properties are very protective of the purchaser. The developer must have a bank guarantee in place which ensures the delivery of the property. Given the stage payments, BPI can offer you the financial solution during this period.
