We can finance your investment whether it’s a buy-to-let property (where you rent it out furnished or unfurnished for either short-term rentals or where the property becomes the main residence of a tenant); a historical building or a leaseback property.


BPI can finance 80% of the purchase price, including real estate agent fees, or a maximum of 100% when 20% is invested into our savings scheme. Where your property will become the main residence of a tenant, we will take your future rental income into account when calculating your finance package. The properties we finance may be rented out furnished or unfurnished for short and long-term leases.

Freehold leaseback properties guarantee you rental income for a minimum of nine years and allow you for a VAT rebate (19.6% in France). This could be an attractive option because it combines a profitable return on investment with the possibility for you to use your property for several weeks each year. We finance a maximum of 80% of the purchase price, excluding VAT. BPI can recommend several developers involved in leaseback schemes.
