This could be an attractive option because it combines a return on investment with the possibility to use the property for several weeks each year. Banque Patrimoine & Immobilier finance a maximum of 80% of the purchase price, excluding VAT however including marketing & financial engineering costs (“frais de commercialisation et d’ingénierie”).
