You have found a second property in France but have not yet sold your first. With a BPI bridging loan, you have up to two years to sell your first property while availing if necessary of one of our longer-term credit plans for the new purchase. It is important to note in order to insure minimal monthly outings during the bridging period, your monthly repayments include life insurance premiums and minimal interest repayment only. A bridging loan is available up to 80% of net value of the property to be sold.
