A range of Soleil loans (Soleil, Soleil 3, Preference Soleil) designed for clients who opt
for a secure variable rate solution with durations up to 25 years. Thus the global cost of the loan
is significantly less over a shorter term or allows one to borrow a greater loan amount.
“Preference Soleil” offers a “2 in 1” financial solution which reduces the initial outgoings thus improving personal
cash flow during the construction of the building and / or the renovation period and can also be used where there is a sale of a property.
The deferral period is 24 months maximum. The option to choose one’s own repayment amount, calculated from € 1 to €
70 for every € 10 000 borrowed according to personal requirements during the first period.
