“Flex” is an adjustable repayment loan divided into five-year phases offering the option to choose between a fixed or a secured variable interest rate or a combination of both. The initial option chosen can be modified at the end of each phase.
“Flex” is an nnovative and flexible solution that offers the option of choosing either a fixed or variable rate every 5 years with a maximum term of 20 years.
Our “Flex package” is a flexible-repayment including a partial deferral period of maximum 20 months.

A choice of mortgage ‘profile’ :
Depending on the overall economic situation, the client can choose a mortgage ‘profile’ based on personal expectations : Secured, Balanced or Dynamic.
- SECURED MORTAGE PROFILE : an attractive fixed rate for 5 years calculated on a 10 to 20 year term.
- BALANCED MORTGAGE PROFILE : a combination of a fixed and variable mortgage which offers security as well as benefiting from appealing variable rates.
- DYNAMIC MORTGAGE PROFILE : the option to take advantage of attractive variable rates with the possibility of changing to a different loan combination at the end of the 5 year phase.
Manage the mortgage :
Every 5 years, it is possible to change the loan. In general, these 5 years periods correspond to many different periods of one’s life : resale of a property, change of professional situation due to a resignation or a transfer, the availability of exercisable stock options.
Options :
- Adjust repayments at each anniversary date.
- Partial deferral period at a fixed rate for a maximum of 24 months.
- Postpone 3 payments maximum (renewable after repayment).
- Convert to a fixed rate.
- Transfer the loan to a new acquisition.
- Transmit the loan to a new buyer.
