Total or partial deferral : you can enjoy a grace period either total (principal, interest and insurance premiums) or partial (capital) for a maximum of 24 months.

Flexibility : choosing your monthly payment. Once a year you are free to request an increase or reduction in your monthly instalment amount.

Change to a fixed rate : at any time during the amortization period you may opt to switch to a fixed rate for the remaining term of the loan.

Transfer : you can buy a new property while retaining the benefit of the loan by transferring it to a new property.

Transmit : you can transmit your loan to the new owner of your property.

Mortgage holiday : plan for the unexpected. A tenant leaves the apartment, so as to not off-balance your budget, you can defer up to 3 payments which are reimbursable either at the end of the loan or at anytime during the loan. You can defer an additional 3 payments if the previously deferred instalments have been fully reimbursed.



For loans that are governed by Article L312-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), the borrower has a 10-day cooling-off period. In such event, the sale is contingent on the loan being granted; if the loan is refused, the vendor must reimburse the sums paid.
